MK Anwar played a tolerable role in supporting Bangabandhu: Tofail

MK Anwar died due to old age at his residence at Elephant Road in the capital on Monday at 1:40 pm. The first namaz-e-janaza was held in front of the party's central office at Nayapaltan at 12 noon at 10am. The full name of MK Anwar is Mohammad Khorshed Anwar. He was born on 1 January 1933 in Khulna. He has performed various high-ranking positions in Pakistan and Bangladesh government. After retirement from government service, he has been a member of the Jatiya Sangsad and twice as the minister after being involved in politics.
